All prices are listed and charged in USD. Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay; international duties and import taxes are your responsibility.

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.

Your card statement will show "NEXAXIS DENIM".

We describe each item by its cut, fabric weight, fibre content and origin. We make no performance or health claims about our denim.

Photographs are styling references. Natural indigo varies slightly piece to piece; colour may settle about 5%, garments may shrink 3–5% on first wash, and measurements may vary ±1 cm. These are characteristics of denim, not defects.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse, copy or scrape it. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Nexaxis name, designs, photography and site content are our property or licensed to us. Our denim carries no third-party logos or trademarks.

We provide the site 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
