Refund Policy

How returns, exchanges and refunds work at Nexaxis. Effective June 18, 2026.

Return window & condition

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed, had tags removed, or been hemmed/altered cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

Email support@nexaxis.shop or use the contact form with your order number and the items you want to return.

We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or wrongly sent, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items we do not receive.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. It may show as a reversal of the original charge rather than a new credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we respond quickly and can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute.

We keep tracking and delivery records for every order to help resolve any claim fairly.
