We want you in denim you love. If it isn't right, returning it is simple — here's the whole process.

Check it's eligible
Unworn, unwashed, tags on, within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene and altered items can't come back unless faulty.

Email us
Send your order number and the items to support@nexaxis.shop, or use the contact form. We'll confirm the return address.

Post it back
Use a tracked service for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or wrong items? We cover the return shipping.

Get refunded
Once it arrives and passes a quick check, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A few honest notes
- Indigo colour settle, 3–5% first-wash shrinkage and ±1 cm tolerance are characteristics of denim, not faults.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo and we'll replace it free.
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.
